Cloud Memory AI

Company memory for your AI agents.

Keep your workflows, decisions, and context in one place. Give each employee’s AI the memory it needs, without explaining the company from scratch.

AI agent

One shared source of context, used across employee agents.

The core platform

A workflow one person gets right should help the whole team.

Useful context can get stuck in separate chats and copied instructions. Cloud Memory AI gives the company a shared place to maintain it and make it available to employees’ agents.

01

Keep the company context together

Store the decisions, working knowledge, and repeatable workflows your team wants its agents to use. Maintain them in one place as the company changes.

02

Give each agent the right access

Use access tokens to connect an employee’s agent to the company memory it is allowed to use. Shared memory can still have boundaries.

03

Load the context the task needs

Prepare relevant memory for the task instead of adding the entire company knowledge base to every prompt. Keep useful context close and repeated setup small.

An example

A new employee.
The same company context.

Someone joins your team and needs to prepare a customer handoff. Their agent should be able to use the current workflow, the relevant account context, and the company’s communication guidelines.

The goal is simple: less time rebuilding context before the real work begins.

Customer handoffIllustrative workflow
  1. The employee asks

“Help me prepare the handoff for this new account.”

  2. The agent receives relevant memory

    • Current onboarding checklist
    • Account notes the employee can access
    • Company communication guidelines
  3. The employee gets a useful starting point

A handoff draft grounded in the company’s process and the account’s context.

What we’re planning

Roadmap

More control as agents do more.

Approvals that fit the work

Preapprove routine actions and ask for a person’s approval when a task crosses a company-defined boundary.

Company rulebooks

Define how agents should work, with action permissions enforced through the connected tools that carry out the task.

Visibility into agent usage

Help companies understand prompts, memory access, and usage across their team’s connected agents.

Early stage

Building with the people who will use it.

We’ve built the initial core platform and are still validating the idea. We’re looking for teams that already use AI agents and want a better way to share company context.

We’re Remiel and Yasir, the cofounders of Cloud Memory AI. We use AI heavily in our own work and were early users of Claude and Codex. We want the context that makes an agent useful to be something a whole team can build on.
